Description:

Cafe Paradise is an old and famous Parsi eating joint in Colaba. It used to be a nice little place but has recently been done up into a swanky a/c place. No matter - the Parsi food is still very good. Paradise is on Colaba Causeway on the left after the petrol pumps.

They have a chinese menu too though no one I know has ever ordered chinese here. They have good soups, snacks, sandwiches and the like. The pick of the lot and the thing worth going there for are the daily Parsi specials. Sali Marghi, Saali Boti, Dhanshaak, Papeta ma Gosht etc.; all the usual suspects are available. Each costs about 100 rupees, suffices one person, and availability changes daily.

The usual standard Dukes Raspberry and Lagaan-nu-custard are there too. they have a good selection of deserts.
