I stay at malad and have been to the RT outlet at the inorbit mall a few times. I dunno much about the food coz i mainly go there for drinks (beer in my case) and the cheese loaded fries. As far as my experience goes..its always been good. Good friendly staff, good ambience, chilled beer, and the main advantage is that u get a place to sit on a sunday when there's hardly a place to stand anywhere else in the mall. If ur going for drinks, I recommend visiting it during the happy hours.. i think its 4:30-7:30 on weekdays.
Oh, pls be careful before tipping too much as they charge you service tax.

Last week i was offered i scheme on which clearly told that there is 50% discount on total bills any where in ruby tuesday, if i take ruby tuesday membership by paying Rs. 4000/-. I paid that amount and became member but just one week later i went to ruby tuesday with one of my friend then they denied that discount.
NOW RUBY TUESDAY IS HAVING A CHEATING SCHEME, DO NOT LISTEN WHAT IT IS. IT IS NOTHING, THEY ARE CHEATING BY TAKING RS. 4000 + TAXES.
PLEASE BEAWARE.

Ruby Tuesday is best for light snacks and full time drinks. I like the ambience there. Food is baaad!

Visited it a couple of times. The charges are STEEP. And more than anything else the service consistently stinks! But convenience & serving alcohol keeps them going I guess.

Been there a few times, thank god it has a smoking section, but sadly no loo..after a few beers you have to walk across the food court through the crowd and get to the loo

howevr its a fine palce to hang around when the others are shopping, great ambience and setup, friendly staff, good food and very comfortable, i live round the corner so i got myself the membership and paln to hang around the palce more often

If that is you then I know for a fact that you are one helluva foodie....and photog too. Have seen your snaps on flickr too. Real cool, man. Abt RT, I plan on visiting RT at the Lifestyle mall in Mulund today. Let's see what they have to offer. Will also have to try out the veg stuff as few of the fly. mbrs are veg 2day. Will keep you'll posted.

I think ruby tuesday is awesome...the food rocks and so does the ambience...well ive eated at a whole load of them..and they are really consistent, expensive nah....well..want to tell mr shroff above..that if he really wanted to be american he should have tried the ribs..not lasagne and fajitas and not club s/w.

Ruby Tuesday in INOX, Bombay is pretty ordinary too.

Their service despite being attached to a multiplex is pretty slow. even getting beer can take them a while. Their cocktails are bad too, a friend ordered a gimlet, and the sugar syrup added to it had these typical off flavours (you how stale sugar syrup tastes). I ordered a martini, and it had been diluted to death.

The dont have steaks, and their chicken burgers etc are pretty bad.

the only thing to have there are the simple preparations like nachos and maybe their salad bar.

and they dont deliver to your seat in the movie theatre for you eat while you watch..

Complaint against Ruby Tuesdays atInorbit Malad.
My Order Veg Lasagna.

Seems like Ruby Tuesdays are trying to fool people in India using American Recepies with no resemblance at all.

I am writing about our experience we had at Ruby Tuesdays which I recently had in April 2007 at at Inorbit Mall in Malad, Mumbai-India

Me & my wife have lived in USA for almost 7 years in the past & we very well know what "Lasagna" is all about & I ordered for "Lasagna" for my wife & to our surprise , just imaging what this supposed to be Top Class Restaurant served us with , Just imagine guys !! waiting for 1/2 hour to get your meal & what u get is ...Pasta Strips (or Flat Noodles) floating in Boiling water (No salt, No Garlic, No cheese, No the veges in there) & this was just topped up with Red Marinara Sauce...That's what RUBY TUESDAYS IN MUMBAI SERVE as Lasagna HERE , hah & for the price of RS 290 +taxes, Yah !! Thank you Very much,
I promptly told the waiter "This is not Lasagna" & I repeated “This is not Lasagna recepie” asked him to taste the same & take it back , soon came the Restaurant Manager who claimed they were trained at Tennesse at RT’s HQ & said here in India they do make modifications to recepies, yes but modifications to this extent were lasagna was served like a souple.….... RT’s Manager were kind enough to take it back n not charge us but by then our whole Lunch Plan was screwed, My wife then ordered for a "Club Sandwich", for which we had to wait for another 30 minutes & which was again not ment for Human Beings to eat at all & at the cost of INR 150 + Taxes & this time we decided not to complain & promptly left the premices by paying the bill which was INR 1111 incl all taxes and we walked off......Everyone please think twice thrice before you go to RUBY TUESDAYS at Inobit Mall in Mumbai.......Only the ambiance is Perfect...FOOD THEY SERVE IS THIR OWN DRIBBLED RECEPIES WITH AMERICAN NAMES & GROSSLY EXPENSIVE....

I SUPPOSE WE GO TO SUCH BRANDED RESTAURANTS TO HAVE GOOD FOOD & SPEND SOME GOOD TIME & WE DONT LOOK AT THE PRICES ON THE MENU & IN RETURN ALL WE EXPECT QUALITY WHICH IS MISSING AT RUBT TUESDAYS IN MUMBAI..

THIS WAS MY EXPEREINCE WITH RUBY TUESDAYS IN MUMBAI-INORBIT.

The Bombay branch is certainly not the first one to open in India. First one was in new Delhi. I am not particularly fond of Ruby Tuesday and the one at Inorbit mall is pathetic to say the least.

The one in Mumbai is not the first one in India. Ruby Tuesday started off in Delhi. Their first outlet was at Connaught Place and the second outlet in Delhi is at PVR Saket.

5 primary reasons...
1. booze was not chilled
2. exhorbitant prices with 12.5% VAT and some extra Services Tax
3. Service was too slow..
4. there's no music or Juke box
5. Absence of Eye tonic

Or maybe poor souls like me dont fit in Ruby Tuesdays :))

as said before,
...multi-cuisine is misleading. Think Mexican-Lebanese-Thai vs Chinese-Udipi-Punjabi ...think about classification and search...

Instead, add tags exhaustively, like adding Mughlai+Indian+blah...
