Cafe Mysore claims to be the oldest authentic South Indian eating place in Mumbai.
They have very good dosas, vadas, sambar, and rasam. Their coffees are very famous. The seating is on two levels with the upper level being a/c. It is usually quite crowded. On you way out be sure to pick up yummy snacks from the counter.
Frauds in Mysore Cafe
Are u sure the place is Hygeine??? I dont think so....The waiters are sloppy and unhygeine....they are corrupt and hand in glove with the supervisor the the sandana pottu fellow.... They give fake bills...they only put part of the amount in officiAL BILL AND THEY WRITE THE BALANCE IN INK to fool the owner and to pocket the difference....if u ask them to give two iddlys they would refuse by saying that their billig system wouldnt accept...How come they were in a psoition to part bill when there was a full order...The Sandanu Pottu Supervisor is responsible hand in glove with Waiters...Be careful when u visit Mysore Cafe..in Matunga Mumbai If they write the bill manually, pl dont accept and insist on computerised bill...The owner would perhaps appreciate it....
