Description:

Cafe Ivy has been started to promote wine consumption and the pricing def makes you want to try more than one. The food itself is mostly Italian with some Indian options. You have pasta, biryanis as well as some interesting sandwiches.

The place itself is quite small, not for more than 25 but its well designed and they have seating on the outside too. The have a wide range of wines available by the glass as well as by the bottle.

The food isnt bad at all, i heard some bad reviews but i decided to try it out anyway. The Bruschetta (2 pieces for 50 bucks) is amongst the best i have had ANYWHERE. The pasta is ok, the aglio olio wasnt too bad (with REAL feta) while the Arrabiatta was a bit sweet spicyish

The following are the Wines by the Glass and most of them were quite good.
Chantilli Sauvignon Blanc (95 rs) Ivy Shiraz (140rs)
Ivy Brut Sparkling(150rs) they also have Pompadour (175rs)

The total check was 1000 bucks with 500 for food and 500 for drinks. Not a bad place and worth a go.
